California’s Disneyland was overshadowed by a “disturbing” black ring

In footage that sent doomsday preppers into a frenzy, a 'disturbing' black ring was spotted hovering over 'the happiest place on earth', aka Disneyland.

This was not the kind of magic they had in mind when they went to the California theme park to escape reality and make magical memories.

Kyle Hawkins captured the footage in 2016 and shows what appears to be a massive smoke ring descending on crowds from the night sky.

People can be heard talking about the strange thing behind the camera, with one person calling it “disturbing.”

Kyle wrote, clearly shaken by the experience: Walking up Disneyland’s main street and following the parade—I have no idea what this could be.

“Everyone in my immediate vicinity starts looking up and pointing to this intimidating black ring that is slowly floating above us.

He went on to say: As we stared up in disbelief, I had the faintest expectation that an alien portal would open through this ring. It was the strangest thing I had ever seen.

“As soon as I saw this, I immediately pulled out my phone to record it and uploaded it to YouTube.” Please accept my apologies for the footage’s shakiness.

On Reddit, where the bizarre video was posted earlier today (February 14), people have once more been debating the truth of the situation.

Naturally, there were a few jokes about vaping, one of which read: We comprehend, you vape.”

There are a few people who think it’s a glitch in the matrix or a portal to another dimension, but as is often the case with these kinds of things, there is a much more logical explanation.

One Redditor stated that the smoke ring was caused by the fire blast at California Adventure during the World of Color show.

They stated, “I know this because I work there.” I used to get mad at people who were panicking over this.

Makes sense, despite the fact that they still received some, albeit joking, skepticism.

One person made a joke and wrote, “That’s what an alien would say,” while another wrote, “Explanation bears the hallmarks of a classic alien distraction.”

Numerous commenters offered similar explanations, one of which stated: It’s a pyrotechnics smoke ring.”

Another wrote, “In Germany, NRW around 2016, there was the same smoke ring in the sky.” I recall seeing this ring everywhere on social media—on radio, television, etc.

A third participant added, ” This is a smoke ring produced by an electrically detonated small black powder charge in a cylinder containing gasoline and diesel mixed 50/50.

“It shoots a huge ball of fire. A good way for a novice to lose their face, but professionally done, it is dramatic and often results in a smoke ring.

“Beautiful, not mystical.” as well as a little creepy.

“Those rings are completely normal and continue to be caused by a particular kind of fireworks. After a brief stay, they vanish.”
